Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract without giving any reason.

You must cancel within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods. If your purchase is delivered in separate shipments, the cancellation period will expire 14 days after the last good is acquired by you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier). You must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by an unequivocal statement (sent by post, fax or email). The cancellation will take effect when your request to cancel has been posted, faxed or emailed. You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, be sure to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (if you chose a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by Scentsy, you will not be reimbursed for the supplementary costs). You may expect your reimbursement no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Product cancellation If you have received goods in connection with your purchase and choose to exercise your right of cancellation, you shall send back the goods to Scentsy, Inc, Radial, Unit 26 Broadway Business Park, Chadderton, Oldham, OL9 9XA, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you return the goods within this 14-day period. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, and you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Total satisfaction guarantee

Scentsy’s Satisfaction Guarantee complies with our legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with your sales contract. If you are dissatisfied with your product, you may return it to your Independent Scentsy Consultant for exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Scentsy’s Satisfaction Guarantee is in addition to the Right to Cancel. If you are not totally satisfied, however, email Consultant Support at support.uk@scentsy.com (UK) or support.ie@scentsy.com (Ireland). In accordance with our aim of total customer satisfaction, we will acknowledge any complaint within 24 hours and will seek to resolve it as soon as possible thereafter. Any consumer who is still not satisfied may contact the Direct Selling Association (DSA), which operates an out-of-court complaint handling service. Lifetime replacement warranty

Scentsy products come with a lifetime replacement warranty for manufacturing defects. If your product is damaged in shipping from Scentsy, has a manufacturing defect, or an electrical issue, it may be returned with no limitation in time, to your Independent Consultant for repair or replacement.

Scentsy Diffusers, Scentsy Go, Scentsy Go Solid and Scentsy Air Purifier — limited lifetime warranty

Scentsy Diffusers, Scentsy Go, Scentsy Go Solid and Scentsy Air Purifier are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Any Scentsy Air Purifier, Scentsy Go or Scentsy Diffuser found to be defective or damaged under normal use and care will be replaced with the same, or comparable, product at Scentsy’s discretion at no cost to you.
